Spot In Line (SIL) are given out in batches to those with $1000.00 non-refundable in batches. Normally they send them out every 6 weeks or so. I believe they just sent out the last batch or are getting ready to do so.
If you are in for less than a grand, then you wait until the 65K reservations are in and then the rest of us (me included) get our SIL. They'll go out in order based on non-refundable, then amount, then your spot within the amount.
NR/1000 - they get their number fast, emailed out in batches, about every 6 weeks or so.
NR/500 - after EM hits 65K reservations
