Can someone (much smarter than I) explain the differences , and purposes, of the two different financial companies now tied to EM? These are Network 1 Financial Securities and Corporate Fuel Securities. Thanks!

CFS is handling the big bundles and Network 1 is handling the 506c individual investors, I would guess.
I believe CFS is out and Network 1 is in. CFS was strictly private funding. Network 1 is private placement and will handle the crowd funding. In looking at Network 1 webpage, I see they also handle publicly traded companies including IPOs (when companies go public for the first time).
I believe they will also prepare the documents for EM to go public if needed.

Simple two ways of doing things with in the law. One brings in larger amounts but has restrictions on who can invest. The other brings in smaller amounts but is open to a wider range of smaller investors. In a sense a loop whole was created to lesson the negative effects of a dumb law.
