Maybe I was too easy on 'em, but taught my kids stick on an old rabbit diesel- try as they might it was a bugger to stall!!

Welcome to the Elio Family from Colorado! Even if you were to get a manual, it wouldn't take long before your kids learned to drive it. I learned to drive a manual in a 72 passenger school bus, the week before I took my class B road test, Easy! They'll learn real quick, if they want to drive the Elio.
