Need Change To Motorcycle Law...

Hey Mississippians,

I just read where the initiative to not require a helmet for the Elio (and similar vehicles) never made it for the main vote and died due to the Highway Committee.

I think y'all need to make some phone calls to the state senate and tell them to vote for it.

I hope y'all get it done so you can enjoy the Elio!

I agree! If Mass. passed the no helmet law then just about anyone should!

I haven't seen it. I may be overlooking it. On a positive note, I have shared my Elio information with a friend that was unaware of Elio and he also went all in!

Does your states helmet law say it has to be worn on your head? if not, you knee makes a good place to wear it..

Hey -- why doesn't people riding in convertibles have to wear helmets????
