Paul Elio will be featured on CBS network’s new series THE HENRY FORD’S INNOVATION NATION, INNOVATION NATION, a show dedicated to inspiring today’s youth to become visionaries and innovators of our future. Hosted by CBS SATURDAY MORNING correspondent Mo Rocca, the show will tell the fascinating stories behind the historic innovators of the past and the forward-looking visionaries of today, and the extraordinary talents and dedication required to bring their inventions to life. Thanks Z, waiting for date and time. First I've heard of the show, something on network TV Saturday morning that maybe worth watching!

It does sound interesting. Since I don't watch TV I will have to hope they will also make it available on line. :-) Z

EM will let us know when it is going to be aired. The announcement was simply meant to give people a heads up that it was being done. :-) Z

Hopefully I don't have to wait for the following Saturday to see the Elio episode.

Looks like you can see teasers of the Episodes right from their website and possibly #6 will be the Elio one.

I see now, it's just hosted by the guy from 'CBS SUNDAY MORNING correspondent Mo Rocca'
So I think that says it could be #6 on Nov1st ( or a later one ), IF #6 then it's at the start of the week of the Las Vegas SEMA convention.
In that case, reservation numbers should be really interesting mid-November.

Elio Motors is really pushing hard for some major media coverage around the SEMA time period and then into November. We already know about the engine being completed and getting ready to undergo full testing but this past weekend Jerome Vassallo also told us there would be more things announced at SEMA as well specifically something about electronics. Should definitely be interesting to see those November reservation numbers.

Watched the program last week, CBS( on COX cable 5), 8am in AZ, as expected too early for any Elio spots in it. Given the format, it will be looking at any number of things, each having a short 'spot' in the narrative.
I have not seen anymore about this from EM, so not sure it's still in the cards.

It is still on the EM website when it first opens and it is on their facebook page - front and center, so to speak. :-) Z
