Just put in? I thought you had to actually own the vehicle to apply for any plate in WA unless of course, you're doing a work-around? ( putting it on a motorcycle and waiting?)
BTW, My daughter and family are moving to Vashon Island - prices are cheaper than Seattle (LMAO)- anyway she now started pumping me for information on the E. When I mentioned it will file onto the ferries as a motorcycle (for those of you who never see/ride a ferry)- (first on, first off)- and during the summer ya can wait for hours in a car.
Plans change, and trying to sell my first E for a profit, now will be kept in the family, the second will be for me (to go out and visit my grandchild)!!!

DOL pricing is the same no matter where you live; it's set by the state.
As for housing prices, anywhere in the state is lower than Seattle and Bellevue.
The house I have now would go for almost double in Seattle.
