It can happen. No way to know at this point. Funding is the big issue. Elio Motors says that the ATVM loan guarantee is not a requirement to go to production, but we all know it sure would help. Bottom line, EM needs $200+ million. We're all hoping they can get it.

They plan to build 100 production vehicles and sell to fleet owners in December 2016. Then collect feedback and start production when they're funded and ready. But we don't know how long after Dec. 2106 that might be.
