Correct; your 2nd and 3rd deposits and too late to get in on the optional bonus levels; those being the 20% & 15% that covered early and late 2014
I'm in the same situation, so I wrote EM just for them to tell me what they have on the books. Their postings don't always show items in a timely manner.

I'd double check the $400 order to make sure it wasn't sent in 2014. You're on the line there and it would make a 15% bonus match kick in if it were earlier worth $60.

Incorrect. Elio gave the earliest adopters an additional percentage off that dropped with time. There were 3 levels of additional money off:
reservations prior to 01 Jan 2014 get an additional 35% bonus (85% total)
From 01 Jan to 30 Jun 2014, they get 20% bonus (70% total)
From 01 Jul to 31 Dec 2014, they get an additional 15% bonus. (65% total)
