Wait.... there are people out who eat fried mayo?

Gross.
not fried mayo should have a warning label!!
Not too far down the road, the bubbas get out their deep turkey fryers , and share their techniques. Usually followed by pics of the final frying, and the suffering they endoured standing in a snow storm "preparing"
Athough claiming to shoot their own bird, I did see one pic with the pop-up temp guage he forgot to remove. With an Elio shopping for a turkey, the limit seems to be about 20 lbs., bigger and it won't fit in the boot.

Exactly! you recall... me I forget!!
i was a contributor to the recipe thread too. Being Vegan, I was constantly jibing the fried bacon with mayo group.
Dulce (from Maine, pan fried in oil), lettuce and tomato is an amazingly vegetarian alternative to the BLT. Though I eat pork, actually anything especially if free - I come from a long line of freegans.

Go as big as you want with the bird... that's what the back seat is for. The trunk is just for the stuffing.
