I think a strong case can be made now, that no mater what the bogus reservations eventually total up to, Em can make thier SEC submission what they want, and find plenty of individual parties to fullfill that offering. They must offer it to the reservationists first. But I haven't seen anything that limits the offer to just them.

Big day for me today. I get to 'show' my Atlantric plug to a 'well connected' friend from the LA area. He's driving over to see it.

The back story is, my interest in this car, drove me to find out about Elio, so I put it on hold, possibly using an Elio later as a donor car.

According to the recent AMA with PE, he said that construction of the P5 began at the beginning of July and it will take about 20 weeks. I think it is safe to say we won't see the unveiling until November...

When Paul announced the P5 had begun it was about the first week of June.

I recall a video with PE stated that it had already begun. So it is possible they have been working on it a few weeks or more. I just had the impression from the AMA that it would be out in July/Aug. I guess we will see.
